I have spent over a decade developing trauma-informed content to a variety of audiences. I will work collaboratively to develop a training, presentation, program, or educational material to best suit the needs of your workplace or organization. Themes have included, but are not limited to: mental wellness, empowerment, resilience, sexual violence, self-advocacy, communication, harassment, and interpersonal relationships.

Planning

I will explore peer-reviewed materials and personal experiences to develop an outline highlighting the content to be approved by your team. If budget allows, I will conduct any of the following: surveys, interview, focus groups, needs assessments, environmental scans.

Development

By utilizing evidence-based information as well as lived experiences, I will develop content that best suit the mission, vision, and values of the project. You will be asked to review drafts as the process evolves to ensure integrity of the work.

Connect

We will determine how the content would be best distributed: in-person or virtual trainings or presentations, articles, scripts, infographics, to name a few.
