Therapy
an act of self-love
We will work together to identify challenges that are preventing you from living the life you deserve. Through compassion, we will explore ways in which you can overcome obstacles and find inner-peace. Take yourself on the therapeutic journey of self-growth and wholehearted wellness.
- virtual appointments -

If you're curious about therapy but you have a few questions before booking your first appointment, connect with me for a free 15 minute virtual meeting. We will discuss your goals and expectations while exploring if you think therapy would be a good fit for you.

If you are experiencing distress, negative thoughts / feelings / behaviours, pain, fatigue then individual therapy may be the next step for you. Concerns can include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship challenges, abuse, traumatic experiences, family issues, and athlete mental health.
