Therapy

an act of self love

We will work together to identify challenges that are preventing you from living the life you deserve. Through compassion, we will explore ways in which you can overcome obstacles and find inner-peace. Take yourself on the therapeutic journey of self-growth and wholehearted wellness. I use a trauma-informed approach and see being your therapist as a privilege.

I consciously work with clients to create a space where individuals can show up as the most raw and real versions of themselves. I use a variety of approaches and think of it as a therapeutic buffet. I have training in EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness. I continue to expand my knowledge about parts work, somatic therapy, and DBT skills.

As a former athlete and varsity coach, with a background in Human Kinetics, I confidentially offer a sport-informed approach with athletes, retired athletes, and parents who are looking to be understood.

If you are experiencing distress, negative thoughts / feelings / behaviours, pain, fatigue then individual therapy may be the next step for you. Concerns can include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship challenges, abuse, traumatic experiences, family issues, and athlete mental health.
